Free Coaching Community Event Berlin
Join our first Coaching Community event held in Berlin which is our newest location in Germany next to Munich and Hamburg.

This is a free event open to all Henley alumni, all current students on Henley's Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and anyone else who is interested to experience and network with Henley's Coaching Community.
Programme:
- 18.30: Doors open for pre-programme networking and refreshments
- 19.00 - 20.15: Programme with Karen Foy, Programme Director and Tutor for Henley's Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. Karen will be running an interactive session entitled "Walking the Coach Home". This is a take on a saying by Ram Dass who says in life we are all just walking each other home. Karen's use of the term is built on the premise that coaching supervision and coaching generally is about walking the person home to their own wisdom.

Karen Foy is Programme Director for the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, Lecturer in Coaching and Behavioural Change, Master Executive Coach (ICF MCC) and Coach Mentor
Karen Foy has over fifteen years' experience as a coach and holds an MSc in Coaching Psychology from the University of East London and a degree in Psychology from the University of Sheffield. Karen is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with ICF and is a certified coach mentor. As a past UK ICF Board Director she has led the professional development for UK Coaches and supported the local coaching groups around the country. She has worked with aspiring coaches from global organisations to support their development and learning towards becoming accredited coaches, providing training, mentoring and supervision.
As an Executive Coach Karen provides coaching to support executive board teams and individuals of complex organisations to navigate their way through a constantly changing environment. Her facilitative style steers her clients towards a more systemic view of the business to create and deliver a more strategic vision. She has designed and delivered bespoke change programmes to improve performance and uses a range of diagnostic tools to help individuals, teams and organisations to develop.
