Composition and assessment
3 workshops (8 days), inter-workshop activities & 3 x 5,000 words assignments. 2 sessions of individual, one-to-one executive coaching and mentoring with an experienced coach.
Enter the business community
Included in the programme in Germany and as part of the course fee, each participant will benefit from 2 sessions of individual, one-to-one executive coaching and mentoring with an experienced coach. Every participant will have the chance to explore, plan and develop their very own leadership and management challenges in a safe, confidential and personal environment. This programme offers therefore a high level of business and career value.
