EMCC develops, promotes & sets the expectation of best practice in mentoring, coaching, & supervision.

This will be supported by core content which will incorporate key supervision models and frameworks for working with individuals and groups. The approach adopted is one of an adult learning community and we aim to create a psychologically safe learning space where we can all learn together.

The programme is EMCC accredited and provides 35 ICF CCE credits (25 core competencies and 10 resource development).

PCiS: Workshop 4

You will be supported with continued learning through a live webinar on using the body in coaching supervision; and two supervision-on-supervision sessions.

The supervision course has been profound. The learning is broad and experiential rather than “tell”. The depth of skills, knowledge, experience and personal growth is not only in me as a supervisor, but I have noticed it in all aspects of my work as a coach and facilitator of groups. This is a programme that stays with you way beyond the course itself. An absolute must for any coach looking to broaden their repertoire and working deeply on themselves.”
