Become an ICF member

You are eligible to become an ICF member as soon as you are enrolled for the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC). If you choose to become an ICF member, you will have access to lots of benefits, including being able to use the ICF logo in your marketing material, have access to ICF events at discounted rates and showcase your coach profile on ICF’s global coach finder database. You may also then wish to also become a member of the very active local Chapter in Germany.

Coaching Certification

ICF approved coaching certification: if you complete the programme, achieving the required standard in your assignments, upon graduating you will gain your ICF approved coaching certification (the Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching) and can call yourself a certified professional coach.

This Henley (ICF accredited) executive coaching course includes the 10 hours of Coach Mentoring required to apply for your personal ICF accreditation: these 10 hours are voluntary in the programme but a requirement if you wish to apply for your personal ICF accreditation

ICF Accreditation

Earn an ICF Credential: ICF Credential-holders are part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who provide accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole. They pursue and complete rigorous education and practice requirements that provide unquestioned legitimacy to their commitment to excellence in coaching.

Fast Track to your Personal ICF Accreditation as Associate Certified Coach (ACC): as soon as you are a Henley certified executive coach and have fulfilled your first 100 hours of coaching, if you wish, you may then go on to apply to the ICF for your personal ICF accreditation (sometimes otherwise referred to as an ICF credential or ICF certification). The Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching qualifies you for application for the first level of accreditation, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and the training hours can also be used towards the higher levels of PCC and MCC.
