Easter Message

Happy Easter

Dear Henley Friends, Clients and Alumni of Henley Business School in Germany

I am sure we all are looking forward to a few days off over the Easter Holidays.
At Henley in Germany, we are already preparing for the next activities following this short holiday. For us, this year is very much guided by the principles of exploring the synergies between a leadership approach to coaching and a coaching approach to leadership to enable personal mastery in management. Very much in line with these principles we still have applications open for our Executive MBA Global as well as the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, both with programme starts in May.

Staying the course, the following months will be marked by a focus on personal leadership mastery, visionary management and executive coaching, and – last, but certainly not least – skills and capabilities at the highest organisational levels. We will bring to you, in collaboration with our partners at the Business Club Hamburg, several leadership-focused online sessions with Prof. Bernd Vogel, as well as our hopefully first face-to-face event this year a session on Board Room skills with Prof. Andrew Kakabadse.

Later in the year, Henley Germany combines the best of both worlds when it comes to leading teams and organisations and executive coaching. Our annual conference on leadership and coaching themed ‘From Interpersonal Energies to Personal Mastery’ will take place in Frankfurt on 30 September. An impressive line-up of speakers is already preparing to engage you in practice-focused and applied research and knowledge exchange that will have you leave with new insights into both, your skills and practice. Following on from there, we have two more executive coaching programmes starting as well as the second Executive MBA intake for the year.

But we won’t go silent after that: We are excited that Henley in Germany is launching two new programmes in the fall of 2021: the new Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership, for those that aim at the next step in their career after the MBA to develop themselves into visionary, innovative and sustainable leaders, and a two-day Board Room Skills programme, for those that either already sit on a Board, ‘Aufsichtsrat’ or ‘Vorstand’, or those that aspire to such positions. Put your skills to the test to learn what is required and if you have what it truly takes. Both programmes fully reflect Henley’s approach in Germany: to develop role models that build a fairer and sustainable world.

Last but not least, our alumni activities, in collaboration with the Henley Alumni associations in Germany, will expand on the topics of biotech, fintech, women in leadership as well as an invitation to social and networking functions, such as a C-Circle dinner, planned for the latter half of the year.

Follow us on social media and visit our events section on our website. We may not be able to meet face-to-face in all instances but that does not mean that we should stand still.

We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming events or programmes. Until then:

HAPPY EASTER!
