Coaching at Henley – the way to become a professional coach
Educate yourself further!
“Anyone who has reached the level of Master Coach knows that the journey does not end, but progresses steadily to discover new things and to learn and add them to the mastery.”
– Jonathan Passmore, Director, The Henley Centre for Coaching
The Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) is a triple-accredited training to become a professional and modern coach, fit for the problems of the 21st century. In co-operation with the International Coach Federation, after successful completion of the programme, our programme participants receive the first level of ICF certification, the ACC – Associate Certified Coach, and thus international professional recognition within the coaching profession.
This seal of approval guarantees quality and professional integrity and sets the course for further training towards becoming a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and MCC (Master Certified Coach).
Henley also offers the coaching community further and advanced training in Germany and Great Britain: The PCEC forms the foundation of the MSc in Coaching & Behavioral Change which is a 3-stage academic Masters with more in-depth topics anchored in relevant theory and practice. Other programmes include certificates to become a Coaching Supervisor, for Group Coaching and also for working with Systemic Constellations.
As a graduate of the PCEC, each participant is automatically an alumnus of Henley Business School as well as a member of the Henley Centre for Coaching, granting them access to the latest research results, free (or heavily discounted) webinars, seminars and other training at an international level.
